What is Casino Royale?
It serves as one of the three event fundraisers for St. Francis DeSales High School co-curricular programs while at the same time provides a fun social gathering with friends. The evening offers a live and silent auction, great food, and casino games including black jack, roulette, horse race wheel, Texas Hold’em, and craps; plus a grand
raffle drawing.

When and where is Casino Royale held?
The event will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2012 in the Ohio Dominican University gymnasium. Doors open at 6pm.

What happens at Casino Royale?
6:00pm     Doors Open and Silent Auction Bidding Begins
7:00pm     Buffet Dinner
8:00pm     Live Auction
9:00pm     Casino Gaming Begins
9:00pm     Starting of Staggered Closing of Silent Auction
10:30pm   Check-out Begins
10:45pm   Grand Prize Raffle Drawing
11:00pm   Casino Gaming Ends

Is real money used at the casino games?
Only play chips will be used at the casino games. Chips won at the casino games can be turned in for raffle tickets which can be entered into a variety of drawings. Chips have no cash value.

How much are tickets and what does a ticket include?
Tickets are $60 each.  Tickets will not be sold at the event. The ticket includes: hors d’oeurves, a delicious buffet dinner, open bar, and $50 in casino chips. When you purchase your ticket(s), you can select who you would like to be seated with at your table. Additional casino chips can be purchased throughout the evening.

Are there any sponsorship opportunities?
The following are sponsorship opportunities for Casino Royale (50% of the sponsorship proceeds are directed to a co-curricular program of the sponsor’s choice):

$200 Event Signage Sponsor:
Table signage at Casino Royale and name listed on the event page of the SFDHS website.

$1,000 Premier Table Sponsor:
Recognized as the Premier Table Sponsor for Casino Royale. Signage on the sponsored table and name in the event program. Name listed on the event page of the SFDHS website. (8) event reservations with premier seating along with champagne/wine at the event.

$1,500 Pen and Sword Sponsor (Event Sponsor):
Company name/logo will appear in all publicity material for the event, full page ad in the event program, name/logo on the event page of the SFDHS website, name mentioned at the event, and 2 event reservations with preferred seating.

What is the dress attire?
The dress attire is semi-formal.

Why is Casino Royale important?
Proceeds from this event provide financial support for St. Francis DeSales High School co-curricular programs
including athletics, band, drama, and over 30 scholastic and interest-based clubs.

Where do I send my auction item(s) and when are the auction item(s) due?
Auction items can be dropped off to the main office of the school. We will have three turn-in dates for silent auction item(s).  If you turn in your item on or before the turn in dates you will be placed in a drawing to win $250 for your organization ($250 will be given out at each turn-in date). 
The following are the turn in dates:  Friday, February 24th, Friday, March 30th and Friday, April 20th.  All auction item(s) are to be turned in no later than April 20th.  If you would like the auction committee to basket your item(s) they are due by Apriil 2nd.
