What is Friends in the Courtyard?
It serves as one of the three event fundraisers for St. Francis DeSales High School co-curricular programs while at the same time provides a fun social gathering with friends. The evening offers live and silent auction, heavy hors d’oeurves, and a taste sampling of multiple rare wines and micro breweries.
When and where is Friends in the Courtyard held?
The event will be held in the fall of 2012 in the St. Francis DeSales High School Courtyard.
What happens at Friends in the Courtyard?
6:30pm Doors open, Wine and Micro Brewery Sample Tasting, and Silent Auction Bidding Begins
7:00pm Prayer and Welcome
7:30pm Live Auction
8:30pm Starting of Staggered Closing of Silent Auction
9:45pm Check-out Begins
How much are tickets and what does a ticket include?
Tickets are $25 each if purchased (in advance) by TBD; $25 if purchased on TBD. Tickets will not be sold at the event. The ticket includes: heavy hors d’oeurves and a taste sampling of multiple rare wines and micro breweries.
Tickets can be purchased online or mail your reservation and check to St. Francis DeSales Highs School, 4212 Karl Road, Columbus, OH 43224.
Are there any sponsorship opportunities?
The following are sponsorship opportunities for Friends in the Courtyard (50% of the sponsorship proceeds are directed to a co-curricular program of the sponsor’s choice):
$200 Event Signage Sponsor:
Table signage at Friends in the Courtyard.
$500 Premier Reserved Table Sponsor:
Recognized as the Reserved Table Sponsor for Friends in the Courtyard. Signage on the sponsored table and name in the event program. Name listed on the event page of the SFDHS website. (6) event reservations with premier seating along with a bottle of wine at your table.
$1,500 Pen and Sword Sponsor (Event Sponsor):
Company name/logo will appear in all publicity material for the event, full page ad in the event program, name/logo on the event page of the SFDHS website, name mentioned throughout the event, and 2 event reservations with preferred seating.
