Please use this letter when soliciting donations for Casino Royale
Please fill out a donation form if you are donating
an item or service to one of our annual fundraising events.
A donation form must be filled out for tax purposes.
All fundraising efforts at the school must receive approval by the
Institutional Advancement Director at least
3 months prior to the start of the fundraiser.
Please fill out the application below and submit it to
Michele Moriarty in the Office of Institutioinal Advancement.
All marketing materials for a fundraiser or event must clearly state the beneficiary
(Proceeds benefit SFDHS). Guidelines on brand usage must follow the
brand book which can be obtained through our Community Relations Director.
Materials must be approved by the Community Relations Director
at least 2 weeks in advance of print deadline.
